What you need is to add your nameservers in hostinger. When you scroll down in cloudflare you should see the Nameservers section with 2 values (Ex: gerald.ns.cloudflare.com). You need to take those 2 values and you go in Hostinger and add the nameservers. Once you have that, you take what's in your kardow dashboard and add those in cloudflare.

1. find nameservers in cloudflare (If you don't see it, go to the Account Home menu and click on your domain and scroll down a little)

Click DNS menu (Left side)

Scroll down and copy those 2

Then in Hostinger you select the DNS/Nameservers menu

You click on Change Nameservers

And you select the Change nameservers and add the 2 first and click save

Now you come back to Cloudflare and you add the values from kardow :

In kardow.com add your domain :

And in cloudflare you just copy from kardow and use the Add record to add the CNAME and a TXT

You need to add a CNAME and a TXT like

TYPE = CNAME

Name = hiretly.com

Target = customers.kardow.com

make sure toggle is like this and not orange

don't forget the TXT (You can use the little copy icon to copy the exact value)

You add the first and click save (CNAME)

and then don't forget to add the TXT and click save again
